I was wondering if you had any classes in fayetteville nc?….I am a single 24 year old mother of 3 boys ages 8,4 and 1 and I would love to be able to be a part of classes like this and I would e eternally grateful for the weightloss help.

I hope you come to the Everett/Seattle area soon. Being a single parent with little to no means of childcare outside of work…….let’s just say Mama is more than averagely worn down. Very inspired by what you are trying to do. Thank you.

What a great idea/program! I am a single mom in the San Diego, CA area and like many others who have posted here have a very difficult time finding/paying for childcare so I can take a yoga class. I think it is fabulous that you offer your classes for free, but I would even be willing to pay a reasonable fee for the opportunity to take a class once in awhile with childcare included. Please let me know if you ever make out to the west coast!

I was a single mom in my youth and now I work for an organization that serves more than 3000 low income households – 87% headed by single women with kids. This would be such a wonderful opportunity for them to practice some self care. We spend a lot of time and energy helping them believe they deserve it. If you’re ever in Tacoma…..
